  • What do I need for this course?

    Please see our Technical Requirements page for minimal computing requirements to maximize your learning experience. Most courses contain videos and audio so a high-speed internet connection is suggested.

  • How long are the courses?

    Length of courses vary and are generally included in either the course description or the course page. For camp programs, there is a 2-hour live Zoom session each day. For additional programs offered, please check the description for details pertaining to live sessions. Each program also has additional online learning exercises for extended learning past the live sessions.

  • How do I access the course?

    Each course opens approximately 5 minutes before its scheduled start time on the date the program is scheduled to occur. Login to your student dashboard and click on the course. Hope's Studdy Buddy courses can be accessed immediately after purchase.

  • How long do I have access to the course?

    The length of access to a course is based on the program. For camps, you have access to the program for the 5-day duration. For other programs the access time may be up to 24-hours. Hope's Studdy Buddy courses are accessible for 14 days after purchase. Hope's Studdy Buddy Bundles are accessible for 30 days after purchase.

  • What if my child cannot attend the live session of the camp?

    All learning content is available in the camp and can be accessed during the 5-day camp period. The live sessions help to enhance the learning experience.

  • What is your refund and cancellation policy?

  • I can view the class on a mobile device?

    Yes. However, we recommend using a computer or a tablet to ensure you can view all of the activities in the course.
